App does not launch, pls fix or refund $!

Just reported to developers:

I just downloaded and app is not launching. When I open app I get splash screen, music plays a few bars and stops. I can see title of game with pic of hedgehog on left side. Right side of screen is completely blank. There are no buttons and the title and hedgehog are not clickable. I have a 3G running the latest OS. Please fix asap or refund my purchase price. Thanks!
So disappointed this is not working.
